My call to be a teacher came in the fifth grade! I would help in a second grade classroom during my recess time. I graduated from College of Mount St. Joe’s with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education. My prior experience includes another small Parochial school and two public school districts in Cincinnati. I currently teach 4th grade, but have taught everything from preschool to 8th grade over the years. I enjoy watching students having those “light bulb” moments. I have lived on the Westside of Cincinnati all my life within a two mile radius. Much of my free time is spent with my niece and twin nephews. My niece attends Mercy High School and has some of the same teachers I did! The boys attend Elder High School. Yes, that’s three active teenagers! I enjoy attending their games no matter the sport.
